great for digestion and stomach achesIn a pot boil 10-12 cups of water. reduce heat and add diced fruit approx 1" size and simmer for 30 min. in the last 10-15 min add the fennel and ginger. After the cooking is done and the tea is cooling sweeten with the honey. feel free to tweak the recipe to your taste.
- 1 Granny smith apple
- 1 Red Delicious apple
- 1 Bartlett pear
- 1/3 cup fennel seeds
- 1 pinch of grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons of honey
